New Meta Returns & Exchanges Policy 

At New Meta, we aim to provide collectors with the best possible experience. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please read our full policy below for details.

🔄 Return Eligibility 

  • Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. 

  • Opened, damaged (by the customer), or sale items are not eligible for return. 

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Pre-Order Cancellations 

  • Pre-orders canceled before shipping are subject to a 10% cancellation fee (this covers processing fees). 

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items 

  • If your item arrives damaged in transit, we will replace it (if available) or offer a refund. 

  • Manufacturer defects: We recommend contacting the manufacturer first (e.g., Hasbro, Mattel, NECA) as they may provide replacements. 

  • Packaging condition is not eligible for a refund unless 'Collector Grade' packaging was requested.  

🔄 Exchanges 

  • We do not guarantee exchanges due to fluctuating stock. 

  • If you need a different item, return the original and place a new order separately. 

💰 Refunds 

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. 

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method (processing times vary by bank). 

  • Orders paid via installment plans (Shopify Installment Pay) cannot be refunded due to third-party processing rules.

❌ Cancellations of In-Stock Items 

  • In-stock order cancellations before shipping are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. 

  • Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be canceled. 

📦 How to Request a Return 

  1. Contact us via support@gonewmeta.com email. 

  1. We will provide a return shipping label if applicable. 

  1. Securely package your item in a shipping box with padding (items damaged due to poor packaging may receive only a partial refund). 

  1. Ship the item back within 7 days of return approval.

🌍 International Orders & Customs Fees 

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. 

  • If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • Refunds for returned international packages will exclude shipping costs and any applicable fees.
